Yes, downloading and using the STAKS app is free. However, broker partners may charge trading fees and commissions. All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

A non-custodial platform means STAKS does not hold, store, or manage your cryptocurrency or funds. All assets remain with our regulated broker partners, and you maintain full control of your private keys. This provides an additional layer of security.

After creating your STAKS account, navigate to Settings and select "Connect Broker Account." You can link an existing account with one of our partner brokers or create a new account through our integrated onboarding process.

STAKS supports over 300 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and many altcoins. The available cryptocurrencies may vary depending on your broker partner and location.

Practice Mode allows you to learn trading with virtual funds in a risk-free environment. It uses real market data but simulated trades, so you can test strategies without risking real money. Virtual funds have no real-world value and cannot be converted to actual cryptocurrency.

STAKS uses bank-level security including end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3), AES-256 encryption for data at rest, two-factor authentication, and biometric login. We undergo regular security audits and never store your cryptocurrency or private keys.

Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can choose SMS verification or use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for enhanced account security.

You can set custom price alerts for any cryptocurrency. When the price reaches your target, you'll receive a push notification. To set an alert, tap on a cryptocurrency, then tap the bell icon and enter your desired price threshold.

Yes, you can log in to your STAKS account on multiple devices. Your data syncs automatically across all devices. For security, you'll need to verify new devices when logging in for the first time.
